With only 400 residents, Durbuy nonetheless attracts considerable numbers of visitors, particularly during summer and at weekends. Elevated to city status in 1331 by John I, Count of Luxembourg and King of Bohemia, Durbuy boasts an attractive historic centre dating from the seventeenth century.
